🔱 “Rudra” means destroyer of sorrows. According to the legend, Lord Rama installed a Shiva Linga at Rameshwaram and performed Rudrabhishek Puja to express his devotion to Lord Shiva and seek his blessings. This puja is hailed by all ancient Hindu scriptures as one of the most effective and potent puja to remove all evils, to attain all good desires, health and well being. 

Chinmaya Mission of South Africa invites all the devotees to perform Rudrabhishek for Lord Shiva on the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivaratri on 18th February, 2023. Devotees can remotely take the meritorious sankalpa of Rudrabhishek Pooja. The Priest in Chinmaya Shivam Temple will perform full Abhishek Pooja for the Shiva Lingam on your behalf.
