Instructions

  1. Read the information about Deposit & Payment Schedule and Visas
  2. Complete one form for each applicant.
  3. Attach a photocopy or image of main page from your passport to the form.
  4. Attach doctor’s signed & stamped medical certificate stating that you are medically fit and physically able to undertake this journey.
  5. Attach the duly filled and signed Indemnity Form
  6. Acceptance of delegate registration is subject to medical fitness certificate and final discretion of Yatra organizers
  7. Delegates must arrive in Kathmandu by 20 Aug 2018 (by Morning) & Depart from Kathmandu by 31 Aug 2018 (After Noon)
  8. Yatra dates are subject to change depending on weather situation, China govt regulations & Tibetan Visa stamping for various nationalities

Payment Schedule

  • Advance of US$ 500 per person is required by 31st January 2018 along with completed application form & indemnity form to hold a reservation.
  • Reservation is not confirmed without the advance deposit.
  • Balance payment of US$ 3450 per person is payable before 10 March 2018.

 

Visa Requirements

  • Visa is required for everyone, as Tibet is a special territory within China.
  • Depending on Nationality, a Tourist Visa may also be required for entry into Nepal. Please check and confirm your eligibility.
