यात्रा सम्बन्धी जानकारी

कृपया शिविर के लिए 19 नवंबर की शाम तक पहुँच जाएँ। शिविर का समापन 26 नवंबर को रात में होगा, इसलिए आप 27 नवंबर को अपनी वापसी का टिकट बुक कर सकते हैं।

होटल पहुँचने और वापसी के लिए परिवहन की व्यवस्था शिविरार्थियों को स्वयं करनी होगी। 

होटल का चेक-इन 19 नवंबर को दोपहर 1:00 बजे शुरू होगा और 27 नवंबर को सुबह 11:00 बजे चेक-आउट होगा। इन दिनों के अलावा जो कोई भी होटल में रहना जारी रखना चाहते हैं, उन्हें व्यक्तिगत रूप से खर्चा वहन करना होगा अथवा आप अपनी पसंद के किसी अन्य आवास में रहने जा सकते हैं।

सर्वाधिक निकट एयरपोर्ट है महाराणा प्रताप एयरपोर्ट उदयपुर (UDR) जो The Sky Imperial (शिविर आवास स्थल) से 45 मिनट की दूरी पर है। 

निकटतम रेलवे स्टेशन है मावली जंक्शन (MVJ) जो शिविर आवास स्थल से 45 मिनट की दूरी पर है।

इन दोनों जगहों पर हलचल बनी रहती है, इसलिए दिन अथवा रात के किसी भी समय आपको यहाँ से यातायात की सुविधा प्राप्त हो सकती है।

सत्संग और भोजन की जानकारी

शिविर की दानराशि INR19,500 प्रति व्यक्ति है और इसमें नाथद्वारा के  ‘The Sky Imperial’ होटल में आवास और शिविर की अवधि के लिए प्रतिदिन तीन समय का भोजन (चाय, नाश्ता, दोपहर का भोजन, रात का भोजन) सम्मिलित हैं।

कृपया ध्यान दें, यदि आप 31 अक्टूबर के बाद रजिस्टर करते हैं तो शिविर दानराशि के साथ एक अतिरिक्त राशि (INR1,500) भी लागू होगी। 

सुबह की कक्षा ईशावास्य उपनिषद् के प्रथम मंत्र (‘ईशावास्यमिदं सर्वं’) पर प्रतिदिन 7:00 से 8:15 बजे तक होगी । दोपहर की कक्षा ‘नारद भक्ति सूत्र’ पर प्रतिदिन 11:00 से 12:15 तक होगी।

शाम की कक्षा भी ‘नारद भक्ति सूत्र’ पर प्रतिदिन 4:00 से 5:30 बजे तक होगी।

हर सत्संग से पहले, सभी शिविरार्थियों के लिए 15 मिनट की मंत्रोच्चारण कक्षा होगी जिसमें ईशावास्य उपनिषद् के मंत्रों का उच्चारण सिखाया जाएगा। 

शिविरार्थियों के लिए पूज्य स्वामीजी के साथ बातचीत तथा QnA सत्र का समय प्रतिदिन 6:00 PM से 7:00 PM रहेगा।

पूज्य स्वामीजी सभी सत्संग हिंदी भाषा में करेंगे, और जो प्रश्नोत्तर सत्र हैं वह हिंदी और अंग्रेजी दोनों में होंगे।

नाश्ता – सुबह 8:30 से 9:30 बजे 

दोपहर का भोजन – दोपहर 12:30 से 1:30 बजे तक

रात का भोजन – रात 8:00 से 9:00 बजे तक

जी हाँ, एकादशी के दिन सभी शिविरार्थियों के लिए व्रत का खाना उपलब्ध होगा। 

सभी समय का भोजन जोधपुर से आए रसोइये स्वयं बनायेंगे और यह buffet के रूप में उपलब्ध होगा। अगर आप इसके अतिरिक्त होटल से कुछ मंगाना चाहें, भोजन के दौरान या कमरे में, तो उसका खर्चा व्यक्तिगत रूप से वहन करना होगा।

आवास व्यवस्था की जानकारी

हम सब ‘The Sky Imperial’ के ‘Hotel Gopal Darshan’ और ‘Shahi Hotel and Resort’ में ठहरेंगे। दैनिक भोजन एवं सत्संग सत्र दोनों शिविर आवास में होंगे।

जी हाँ, सभी समय का भोजन एवं सत्संग होटल में होगा। सिर्फ दर्शन और खरीदारी के लिए बाहर जाना होगा।

श्रीनाथजी मंदिर दर्शन

सभी शिविरार्थियों को मंदिर दर्शन के लिए स्वयं जाना होगा। आप अपने समूह के साथ दर्शन करने जा सकते हैं। कृपया ध्यान दें कि सभी को दर्शन टिकट, प्रसाद आदि की व्यक्तिगत रूप से व्यवस्था करनी होगी। सहायता के लिए आप शिविर आरंभ होने के पश्चात आयोजकों से संपर्क कर सकते हैं।

शिविरार्थी शाम को 5:30 से 7:00 बजे के बीच दर्शन एवं खरीदारी के लिए जा सकते हैं।

श्रीनाथजी का मंदिर होटल से 1.6 km दूर है और इसे कार से 6 मिनट में तथा पैदल 10-15 मिनट में तय किया जा सकता है। 

आप अन्य मंदिरों के दर्शन के लिए भी जा सकते हैं। परंतु सभी शिविरार्थियों से निवेदन है कि वे शाम 5:30 बजे से शाम 7:00 बजे के निर्धारित समय के दौरान ही दर्शन और खरीदारी के लिए जाएँ, और केवल नाथद्वारा के मंदिरों या खरीदारी क्षेत्रों में जाएँ।

अन्य जानकारी

५ से १५ वर्ष की आयु के बच्चों के लिए राशि INR12, 000 होगी। इसके अंतर्गत बच्चे के लिए एक अधिक बिस्तर कमरे में लगाया जाएगा और शिविर की अवधि के लिए उनका भोजन भी इस राशि में सम्मिलित होगा। किंतु १५ वर्ष से अधिक आयु के बच्चों के लिए राशि INR19,500 ही होगी।

 शिविर शुल्क अप्रतिदेय (non-refundable) है।

होटल में यह सुविधा उपलब्ध है और आप अपने खर्च पर इसका लाभ उठा सकते हैं।

आप इतनी मात्रा में धनराशि ला सकते हैं जो आपकी किसी भी जरूरत, आकस्मिकता, दर्शन टिकट और खरीदारी के लिए पर्याप्त हो। कृपया ध्यान दें कि आपका सभी बहुमूल्य सामान आपका अपना उत्तरदायित्व है। आयोजक किसी भी नुकसान के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे। आपसे अनुरोध है कि जब भी आप बाहर हों तो अपने मूल्यवान सामान को अपने कमरे में बंद सूटकेस में सुरक्षित रूप से रखें।

हम नाथद्वारा के बाहर और शिविर की अवधि के अतिरिक्त की जाने वाली किसी भी यात्रा की व्यवस्था नहीं करेंगे। ऐसी सभी यात्राओं का प्रबंधन और भुगतान व्यक्तिगत रूप से किया जाना चाहिए।

नाथद्वारा में दिन में मौसम गर्म होगा (28-31°C) लेकिन रात में ठंडा होगा (11-14°C) । आप तदनुसार शाम के लिए कुछ गरम कपड़े ला सकते हैं। शिविर का परिधान पारंपरिक और औपचारिक है।

Logistics and Travel

Please plan to arrive by the evening of 19th November. The camp concludes on 26th November at night, so you may book your return ticket for 27th November.

Arrival and departure transport to and from the hotel has to be managed by the individual delegate.

The nearest airport is Maharana Pratap Airport Udaipur (UDR) which is 45 minutes from The Sky Imperial in Nathdwara (camp accommodation). 

The nearest railway station is Mavli Junction (MVJ) which is also 45 minutes from our camp accommodation.

Both the airport and the station are generally quite busy, hence it will be easy to get transport at any time of the day or night. 

Hotel check-in will begin at 1:00PM on 19th November and check-out will be by 11:00AM on 27th November. Other than these dates and times, anyone who wishes to continue staying at the hotel will have to bear the costs personally. Alternatively, you may choose to move to another accomodation of your choice.

Camp Details – Satsangs and Meals

The camp fee donation is INR19,500 per person and includes accommodation in one of the two properties of ‘The Sky Imperial’ in Nathdwara and three meals (tea, breakfast, lunch, dinner) everyday for the duration of the camp.

An additional fee of INR 1,500 will apply to late registrations made after 31st October.

All classes will be held in Hindi.

Morning classes will be from 7:00AM to 8:15AM on the opening mantra of the Ishavasya Upanishad

(“Ishavasyamidagam Sarvam”).

Afternoon classes will be from 11:00AM to 12:15PM on Narad Bhakti Sutra.

Evening classes will be from 4:00PM to 5:30PM on Narad Bhakti Sutra.

Prior to each of the satsangs, there will be a 15-minute chanting class for all camp participants to attend and learn to chant Ishavasya Upanishad.

Lastly, an informal QnA session and interaction with Pujya Swamiji will be held from 6:00PM to 7:00PM.

All satsangs will be conducted by Pujya Swamiji in Hindi. Q&A interactions will be in Hindi and English.

Breakfast – 8:30AM to 9:30AM
Lunch – 12:30PM to 1:30PM
Dinner – 8:00PM to 9:00PM

Yes, on Ekadashi, fasting food will be provided for all.

All meals are professionally catered and will be served as a buffet. Please note that any additional orders from the hotel, whether during meals or as part of in-room dining, will have to be borne personally.

Accommodation Details

All of us will be staying at The Sky Imperial’s Hotel Gopal Darshan and Shahi Resort. Daily meals as well as satsang sessions will all be at the camp accommodation.

All meals and satsangs will be held at the hotel. Outings will only be for darshan and shopping.

Darshan at the divine Shrinathji Mandir

All campers will have to go on their own. It is advisable that camp delegates go in their own groups to have darshan. Please note that all darshan ticket payments, offering payments, prasad etc. have to be borne personally.

Delegates can go in the evening between 5:30pm and 7:00pm for darshan.

By car the distance is 1.6 kilometres and can be covered in 6 minutes. By foot, the distance can be covered in 10-15 minutes.

You may visit other temples as well. However, all participants are requested to go for darshan and shopping only during the designated time of 5:30PM to 7:00PM, and only to temples or shopping areas in Nathdwara.

Other Details

The camp fees are non-refundable.

In-house laundry service is available and you may avail of it at your own cost.

You may bring an amount that is enough for any basic needs, contingency, darshan ticket, and for shopping. Please note that all cash and valuables are at your own risk as we will not be responsible for any loss. You are requested to safely keep your belongings in a locked suitcase in your room whenever you are outside.

We will not be arranging any visits outside of Nathdwara and beyond the camp dates. All such trips must be managed and paid for by the individual.

The weather is warm in the daytime (28-31 °C) but cold at night (11-14°C). You may bring some warm wear accordingly, for the mornings and evenings. Camp attire is traditional and formal.

For children aged 5 to 15, the camp fees will be INR 12,000 per child. This would include an extra bed for the child in the family’s room, as well as the child’s meals for the entire duration of the camp For children of age above 15, the camp fees will be the standard INR 19,500 per person.
