• Yatra begins and concludes in Kathmandu, Nepal. All delegates must plan and book their flights accordingly.
  • Delegates must arrive in Kathmandu on Monday 4th September (by Morning) & Depart from Kathmandu by Tuesday 19th September (Afternoon or later)
  • Yatra dates are subject to change depending on weather situation, China govt regulations & Tibetan Visa stamping for various nationalities.

  • Tibet VISA : Regardless of nationality, Tibet Visa is required for everyone, as Tibet is a special territory within China. This will be included in the Yatra fees
  • Nepal VISA : Depending on your Nationality, a separate Tourist Visa may also be required for entry into Nepal. Please check your eligibility and obtain Nepal visa on your own, in your local country of residence. This is not part of the Yatra fees.

  • Advance of US$ 500 (non-refundable) per person is required by 30th April 2023 along with completed application form, medical certificate & indemnity form to confirm your registration
  • Reservation is not confirmed without the advance deposit.
  • Balance payment of US$ 5000 (non-refundable) per person is payable before 31 May 2023.
  • Yatra fees are fully non-refundable, regardless of the reason (s) for cancellation.

  • International Flight bookings : From your home location to Kathmandu and return
  • Nepal VISA if applicable for those who require
  • Personal expenses like telephone calls, tips, personal pujas, shopping, laundry, in-room dining, mini-bar consumption, porterage at airports, photography charges, drinks etc.
  • Personal use of pony / porter
  • Single room supplement.
  • Any extra services such as special vehicle arrangements for personal travel /extra hotel nights / Sightseeing tours outside of the itinerary.
  • Evacuation cost in case of emergency
  • Travel & Medical Insurance
  • Extra costs such as extra night stay than mentioned in the itinerary, ill health, the cost incurred due to unforeseen reasons such as road blockage due to landslides, snowfall, strikes, flight cancellation etc.
  • Visa splitting charge, transportation cost, hotel/guest house cost including food if returning early to Lhasa without all group members.
